Dee has only worked for our mother for 4 weeks but her presence in our lives has been transformative. She listens to instructions attentively and carries them out to the letter. She goes beyond our expectations, both caring for our mother and maintaining the apartment in a state of order and cleanliness. She makes a special effort to encourage our mother to look nice and encourages her to go to activities in her retirement village that will restore the “human connection” she missed during her recovery.
Each time a family member has stopped by to visit while Dee was there, they comment on how personable and enthusiastic she is about her job. Caring for the elderly can be a challenge, but Dee does it with kindness, grace, and unlimited patience.
